About Commercial Laundry
Systems of the Rockies
At Commercial Laundry Systems of the Rockies (CLS), laundromats aren’t just part of what we do—they’re the foundation of our experience.
Our owner, Pete Valconesi, began his career as a contractor, where he was directly involved in building nearly 50 laundromats from the ground up. That hands-on experience shaped a deep understanding of what makes a laundry operation not only functional, but efficient, durable, and profitable.
Pete later founded High Mark Manufacturing, where for nearly 25 years he has designed and built utility centers and custom furniture used in laundromats across the country. This long-standing manufacturing experience gives CLS a unique advantage—combining real-world construction knowledge with purpose-built equipment designed specifically for the demands of commercial laundry environments.

Laundromats
What sets CLS apart is simple: we’ve been in your shoes.
We understand the challenges owners face because we’ve helped build and equip laundromats at every stage—from initial concept and layout to final installation and long-term operation. Our background allows us to anticipate issues before they arise, recommend practical solutions, and design spaces that work efficiently day in and day out.
At CLS, we believe we’re building more than laundromats—we’re helping build entrepreneurs.
Opening and operating a laundromat is a major investment, and behind every project is someone taking a risk to create a better future. That’s something we take seriously.
Your success is the real measure of ours.
More Than Laundromats
While laundromats are where we started, CLS supports a wide range of industries that depend on reliable, high-performing laundry systems. If your business depends on clean linen, your laundry operation isn’t a side task—it’s a cost center, a risk point, and a hidden opportunity.
We design on-premise laundry systems that reduce cost, increase control, and perform under real-world demand. Whether you operate a hotel, veterinary clinic, gym or fitness center, spa, senior care facility, or fire department—we provide equipment and system design tailored to your specific needs.
From small-capacity machines to large-scale systems handling up to 800 lbs., we offer complete solutions including washer-extractors, tumble dryers, tunnel systems, and chemical programs.

Every laundry operation is different, but the fundamentals of success remain the same: smart design, reliable equipment, and durable infrastructure. At CLS, we bring together decades of hands-on experience to deliver:
- Thoughtful layouts that maximize space and workflow
- Durable, purpose-built utility centers and furnishings
- Equipment solutions matched to your volume and application
- Guidance rooted in real-world construction and operational experience
When you partner with CLS, you’re working with a team that understands laundry operations from the inside out. From construction to manufacturing to equipment planning, our experience is built on decades of doing the work—not just talking about it.
We don’t rely on theory—we rely on what we know works.
